Frequently Asked Questions.

Question: What time is check-in?
Answer: Guest can check-in from 14:00. Early check-in is only available when room is ready, it depends on other reservations.

Question : What time is check-out?
Answer:  Check-out time is untill 10:00. Depending on other reservations, late check-out is available with fee of 1,080 yen(including tax) for 1 person, 1,728 yen for 2 person per  hour of extension. 
*If room is booked for next guest, please check-out on time.

Questions: Is there a curfew?
Answer: We do not have any curfew, but front door will be locked after 10pm.
Please call staff using interphone so that our staff can open the door.

Questions: Is there Internet?
Answer: There is free Wi-Fi and LAN cable internet in-room.

Questions : Can you store my luggage?
Answer : "Yes, we can store your luggage at the Front Desk before check-in and after check-out on the same day.
If you have other reservation with us, we can store luggage until next booking.
 
.Question : Can we use extra bed?
Answer:  Extra bed is available at the const of 3,000 yen / night (1-5 nights), 1,400 / night (more than 6 nights), 450 yen / night (more than 29 nights).

Question : We have a baby. Do you provide baby bed?
Answer: Baby bed is available at the const of 3,000 yen / night (1-5 nights), 1,400 / night (more than 6 nights), 450 yen / night (more than 29 nights).

Question: Is there car parking / bicycle parking ?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not have neither of them. Please use coin parking around the hotel.

Question: Is there non-smoking room ?
Answer: All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Question: Which credit card do you accept?
Answer: JCB, MASTER, VISA, AMEX, DINERS

Question : Do you provide dry-cleaning service?
Answer:  We can arrange dry-cleaning, so please ask at front desk.

Question : Can we pay in advance before arrival?
Answer:  Yes, you can. You can pay by credit card or Japanese yen.

Question : Is there any room service?
Answer:  there is no room service available.

Question : Can we stay with our pet?
Answer:  Unfortunately, we do not accept pet at our hotel.

Question : Can you arrange flower or cake for our anniversary?
Answer:  Unfortunately, we do not provide such service here.

Question : Can we request a humidifier?
Answer: We can provide upon request at front desk. * We have limited number so please contact us in advance or we might not be able to provide humidifier upon request.

Question : Do you provide Yukata?
Answer:  Unfortunately, we do not provide Yukata here.
